These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stackpipeline.com (the "Site"), operated by StackPipeline Media (" StackPipeline", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal and internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl or harvest content by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing
  • Republish, redistribute or resell substantial portions of our content without written permission

You may quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) for commentary, criticism or news reporting provided you include clear attribution and a direct, followable link to the source page on stackpipeline.com. Systematic reproduction of our comparison tables or review scores is not permitted without a licence.

Third-party trademarks, product names and logos referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Their use is nominative and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship unless explicitly stated.

4. Affiliate relationships and compensation

The Site contains affiliate links. When you purchase or sign up through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These relationships are disclosed on every page containing tracked links and in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Commission arrangements do not determine review scores, ranking order or editorial recommendations. Our Editorial Policy describes the separation between commercial and editorial decisions.

5. No professional advice

We re-verify pricing and product claims on a regular review cycle, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free. Vendors change pricing and features without notice. The Site is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackPipeline Media from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and StackPipeline Media regarding the Site.
