About StackPipeline

StackPipeline is an independent publication covering workflow automation, data enrichment and B2B SaaS integrations — written by operators who have run these stacks in production.

Why this site exists

Most software comparison content is written by people who have never deployed the product. It summarises vendor marketing pages, ranks by commission rate, and quietly omits the failure modes you only discover in month three.

StackPipeline is the opposite of that. Every guide is written by someone who has run the tool in production, every score comes from hands-on testing on a paid or trial plan, and every price is re-verified on a fixed cycle. When a product we earn commission on is the wrong choice, we say so.

What we cover

  • Integration tutorials — how to connect two specific tools, including the rate limits, deduplication traps and error handling the vendor docs skip.
  • Software reviews — scored against a fixed rubric so numbers are comparable across products in the same category.
  • Alternatives and comparisons — the same production workflows rebuilt on each platform, then measured.
  • A tool directory — normalised pricing and integration counts for every vendor we track.

How we are funded

StackPipeline is free to read and funded by affiliate commissions and display advertising. That creates a conflict of interest, so we manage it structurally rather than with a promise: testing is completed and scores are locked before anyone checks whether an affiliate program exists, and the person running the test does not know the commission rate.

The full detail is in our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

Corrections

We get things wrong sometimes, and vendors change pricing without warning. If you spot an error, email editorial@stackpipeline.com. Substantive corrections are noted on the page with the date of the change.
