This Privacy Policy describes how StackPipeline Media ("StackPipeline", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses information when you visit stackpipeline.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

3. Analytics

Analytics are not currently active on the Site. When enabled, we will use IP anonymisation and will not attempt to identify individual visitors.

4. Affiliate links and tracking

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click one, the destination vendor may place a cookie on your device to attribute a resulting signup to us. We receive aggregate conversion reporting from these programs — typically the number of referrals and commission earned — not your personal information. 7.3 Exercising your rights

Email privacy@stackpipeline.com with your request. We respond within 30 days and may ask for information to verify your identity before acting.

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last message unless a longer period is legally required. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

9. Data security

The Site is served over HTTPS as a static export from a global edge network, which materially reduces its attack surface — there is no application database holding visitor records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business publication intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@stackpipeline.com and we will delete it.

11. International data transfers

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, our service providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites, including vendor and affiliate destinations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
